Amar Peruvian and Mexican Kitchen came to be when the cultures merged in a family, and it sparked a combination of flavors, techniques and dishes in their family gatherings.
The meaning of the word Amar in English is to love. They feel as though Amar is the most beautiful word in the Spanish dictionary and that the root word “AMMA” (Amor) is rooted in love as it is the first sound syllable a child expresses to a mother.
Ambiance
Amar wants their guests to be transported into a peaceful, relaxed and cozy ambiance and enjoy their time and delicious food when visiting.They want their patrons to be immersed in the taste of Peru and Mexico.
